Every business is different, so these are where things start. After a quick chat you get a fixed quote in writing. No lock in contracts.

Before you ask.
Who does the work?
Me. There are no account managers and nothing is outsourced. You talk to the person who designs and builds your site.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once it's paid for, the website and the domain are yours. If you ever want to move to another host or developer, you take everything with you.
Am I locked into anything?
Only on Start small, which has a 12 month minimum because the plan pays for your build. If you own your site outright there's no lock in, and plans are month to month.
What costs more than the starting price?
Extra pages, an online shop, online bookings, writing all the words, logo design or custom features. You'll know the full price in writing before anything starts.

How long does a website take?
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly the content and photos come together. You get a timeline in writing before any work starts, and I'll tell you early if anything is going to move it.
Do you only work with tradies?
No. I build for tradies (see websites for tradies), clinics, cafes, professional services and any local business that needs a clear, fast website.
